If you are missing your Phonics, end of Key Stage, or end of EYFS data on iTRACK, you can upload them from your Management Information System (MIS) here.
Simply go to the Administration of the left-hand menu and click on the Import Statutory Results page:
Step 1:
It is worth noting that this is not the same process as uploading your pupils, as you are not required to upload any of the additional pupil information outside of the missing data (pupil premium etc).
When generating the CTF, you only need to select the year groups with missing data, and only select the 'tick boxes' for which you are missing data.
E.g. if you are only missing Phonics, then simply select the year group and tick the box named 'Phonics Test (Autumn 2021)'.
Firstly, you will need to generate a 'CTF' from your MIS. If you or your school MIS administrators are not familiar with this, please refer to the following guides:

If you are using an MIS which is NOT outlined above, please contact our support team who will be happy to assist you.
Please note: for the purposes of uploading your results here, you are not required to upload a 'whole school CTF'.
Step 2:
You will then need to import the CTF into iTRACK:
- Click Browse.
- Locate and select your CTF (it will have a name similar to 9372626_CTF_XXXX_003).
- Click Import Results CTF File.
Step 3:
When the transfer is complete a screen will appear confirming if you have a valid import file. Additionally it will tell you how many pupils are in the file.
In the event of your CTF file having any errors, a warning will be displayed and in certain circumstances, TRACK will not load it until you have corrected the problem in your MIS and created a valid CTF file.
