This guide will run you through deleting your cache for Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. You may occasionally need to do this if pages in iTRACK are not displaying correctly.
1. Open your chosen browser
2. Once your browser is open, simply hold the Control, Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard at the same time as pictured below. Please be aware that your keyboard might vary slightly in both positioning and labelling. If you can't find the key combination below please give us a call and we can guide your through the process.

3. A new window should now have appeared. Please make sure that you change the time range to 'Everything' or 'All time' and check your chosen browsers settings mirror the relevant screenshot below.

4. Press 'clear now' or your browsers equivalent and you should have now cleared your browser cache! Please now re-login in to iTRACK.
