1. Open Google Chrome
2. Once that Chrome is open simply hold the Control, Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard as pictured below. Please be aware that your keyboard keys might vary slightly in both positioning and labeling. if you can't find the key combination or nothing happens then please skip directly to step 3.
If a new window has now appeared please skip directly to step 4
3. Once chrome is open go to the top right hand corner and find 3 horizontally stacked dots. Once clicked a drop down menu will appear which you will then click 'Clear browsing data'
4. Clear browsing data window will appear, make sure you are on the Advanced tab.
Make sure your settings look the same as the ones in the screen show below. The important ones are the time range is set to 'All time' and that 'cookies and other site data' as well as 'Cached images and files' are ticked. Once these options are selected or ticked press the 'Clear data' button'.
5. You will need to log back into iTRACK.
