New School Academic Year

At the start of every new academic year, iTRACK will automatically roll your school account forward. This will move all your pupils up in to their new year group on your behalf.

Automatic roll forward usually takes place on the last Monday in August each year ready for your first day back, so please ensure all your End of Year data is up to date. 

Once the roll forward has taken place you are free to run Wonde or load a new CTF which will update your account, importing your new starters and removing any leavers.

Please note - If you are not ready for your school account to be rolled forward into the new year automatically then please contact support who will manually roll your account back.

You can view the number of pupil’s you have per year group using the ‘Manage School Year’ tab available in the Administration section of the left-hand menu.
