There are 2 different ways in which you can change/reset your password, depending on your circumstances:
- You have forgotten your password.
- You wish to update your password quickly and easily for security reasons.
1) Forgotten Password
If you find that you have forgotten your password you can request a reset link from the main login page.
Click the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' button below the login form to begin the reset process. Enter your school code and username, then click 'RESET PASSWORD'.
A one time only reset link will now be sent to your registered email address. Click the link and set a new password to complete the reset process.
Haven't Received Your Reset Email?
If you fail to receive the reset link then it is possible that your registered email address is incorrect or outdated. Please confirm with your iTRACK Primary Administrator in school that the registered details are accurate, or alternatively call support on 01926 468687.
2) Updating Your Password for Security
You can quickly and easy reset your password from within iTRACK. If you have already logged in, simply go to the 'Your Security' tab in the 'Administration' section of the navigation bar.
Here you will be able to type a new password, confirm it, and then by clicking 'Update Login', this will reset your password. This can be done as often as you require.
