This functionality allows you to view or record any of your EYFS 'Age 2 Progress' information, along with any of your 'Reception Baseline' information.
Both can be done in the Progress & Baselines page, located in the 'Foundation Stage' section of the left-hand menu.
Simply select the year group, whether or not you want to include leavers, and press 'Go'.
How to Enter the Age 2 Progress Check
There are 2 simple steps to enter your information:
Step 1:
Click on the 'pencil icon' under the 'Key Person' column in-line with the pupil, and enter the name of the Key Person recording the data. There is no need to press save, as it will save automatically once you click out of the textbox.
Step 2:
Repeat this process under the 'Age 2 Progress Check' column. However this time, a textbox will pop up requiring you to fill out all your relevant progress information. You must then press save, until it looks as follows:
The 'Last Update' column will then automatically be populated and your Age 2 Progress Check is now recorded.
How to Enter Your Reception Baseline
As it stands, the Reception Baseline the government require produces a narrative, and we are yet to be informed how this will be used/converted into a comparable scaled score.
The only way to download this information currently, is as an individual PDF per pupil. As a result of this, there is no way we can currently upload this directly into iTRACK.
If you do wish to add your Baseline narrative, you can click on the pencil icon under the 'Reception Baseline' column, and copy and paste it into the the textbox from your PDF as follows:
- Select all the text from your PDF you wish to input, then either 'press ctrl + c' or right click and press copy.
- Then click the pencil icon under the 'Reception Baseline' column, inline with the appropriate pupil.
- A pop up will then appear, where you can either press 'ctrl + v' or right click and press paste.
Once you have pressed 'save', your reception baseline information will be stored.
Reception Baseline Score
As we don't yet know the governments plans, we have tried to pre-empt them by adding a column for a 'Reception Baseline Score'. This will currently contain any numerical value, and requires manually inputting the same as all the above.
Please be aware that this cannot be used for any calculations, or any purpose other than storing a numerical value. When the government release more information, we will of course update the page in due course.
