The EYFS Pupil Tracking page displays an individual pupil’s progress throughout all EYFS years, in each of the 17 Areas of Learning. This can be useful for Parent's Evenings, and is found in the Pupil Tracking header in the 'Foundation Stage' section of the left-hand menu.
Simply fill out the following criteria:
- Library: Select the curriculum you wish to view (Early Adopters or Original).
- Year Group: Select which year group the pupil is in.
- Pupil: Select the pupil you wish to view.
- Press Go.
You will now see all the data contained within iTRACK for that individual pupil, with a couple of the key features explained below:
1) Note Pad
If a member has made notes for the pupil, then a read-only version of the notes will pop up when you click on the Note Pad icon.
2) Attendance
The pupil’s attendance percentage will appear here. If you hover your mouse cursor over the attendance figure, a pop up will appear to give you a more detailed breakdown. This updates automatically through Wonde in the early hours of every morning. If this is not the case, or the column is empty, please contact our support line.
3) Standardised Score Baseline
If you used one of the government's recommended Baseline’s for your pupils, their standardised score data will appear here. Depending on school preferences, this can entered in the ‘Reception Baseline’ or imported via ‘Import Data: Import EYFS Baseline’.
