The Pupil Tracking page shows all the information we have for an individual pupil on one page, and can be a great tool to use for Parents' Evening.
Locate the page under the 'Cohort Analysis' sub-heading in the 'KS1-KS3' section of the left-hand menu, and select the following criteria:
- Select the Year Group the pupil is in.
- Select the Pupil from the dropdown list of names.
- Press Go.
You will then be faced with all the available data we have for the pupil, in all the various formats. This will be for all statutory data, all subjects, subsets, historic years and targets, as seen below:
Any 'Additional Assessment' data you have added to your account, will also be viewable as shown below (instructions for how to add them can be found here):
How the Page Works
You can use the below key to understand how to get the most out of your Pupil Tracking page:
1) Optional Display Buttons
Here you will see up to 2 buttons:
- Display Test Score will toggle in your test data. Please note that this is a customisable column, so if your school has renamed this column then it may look different.
- Display 'free text' will toggle in the data from your customisable 'free text' column if you have it enabled. In this example, we are using the column for an 'effort' grade.
2) View Notes
If you have used the little 'speech bubble' icon on the 'Enter Pupil Results' page to write notes, then these are available in a read-only format here.
3) View Progress Graphs
If you click here you will be taken to the individual pupil's progress chart. This can also be sent direct to parents via our parent portal, instructions for which can be found here.
5) Expand/Collapse Year Groups
By clicking the Year Group header, you can choose to expand or collapse that year of data. By default, iTRACK will always show the full year group the pupil is in, and then just previous end of year. However you can always look back historically if you need to.
5) Attendance
Here you can see your pupil's attendance percentage.
6) Overall Subject Data
Here in bold, you will fine the overall subject data.
7) Subset Data
Below the overall subject data, you will find all subset data for both 'units of study' and 'additional assessments'. These will NOT be available if you have selected to use 'iTRACK Lite Mode' in your preferences.
