The purpose of the Triangulation page is to allow you to collate any dataset you require. If the information you require is usually located across a number of pages in iTRACK, then Triangulation will let you 'build your own page'.
To access this, simply visit Triangulation located under the School Analysis sub-heading in the KS1-3 section of the left-hand menu:
Once you have selected a year group you will notice the list of pupil names down the left, with no data pulling through by default. Simply use the purple ADD COLUMN button to open up the side-bar and begin selecting which data you would like displayed:
- Select a Subject.
- Select a Component.
- Select an Academic Year (this option is not available for Y1).
- Select an Assessment Point.
- Click Save Column.
- Repeat to add more columns.
You will now notice a box at the top outlining what data is selected, with the column of data now appearing on the right:
A few points to note...
- You can use the bin icon to remove the column at any point.
- You can repeat the process to add up to 10 columns of data.
- You can export using the button in the purple header.
- iTRACK will remember which columns you added every time you log in, so once you have set it up the work is done.
- This is done on a per-user basis, so everyone can use Triangulation for their own purposes.
- It will also apply the same columns to different year groups, if you change the dropdown at the top. You don't have to keep selecting columns every time you flick between cohorts.
- If you select a year group where a data set can't exist, the column will be removed. For example, selecting a column to display KS1 Results, but for the year 1 cohort.
- All the usual filtering options are available on this page.
