Profile Builder Report 

The Profile builder Report page allows you to review the number of reports created for a chosen cohort. Simply use the drop downs to select a 'Year Group', 'Date From', 'Date To' and press 'Go'. 

Reports are categorised by the area of learning which they relate to, as shown below in the header of the table. In the rows are the pupils names and the number of reports which they currently have recorded. 

As shown below: By clicking the number of reports recorded for a particular student you can open the pupils profile in Profile Builder. 

At the bottom of the table you may also see the total number of reports created for your cohort in a particular area of learning.
