- Select the two assessment periods you wish to view the progress between
- Select the subject you wish to view
- Select the target progress for each curriculum (you can use the
to view our recommended yearly progress figures)
- Press ‘Go’
This page then shows:
Chart 1: The chart shows the average progress of the pupils working in each curriculum. If you hover on a specific bar within the graph, it will show the average progress figure for that bar. This shows 3 years’ worth of data.
Chart 2: This chart shows you the percentage of children who are working below, well below, at, above or well above their progress measure (as set above). The parameters for each of these bands can be viewed by clicking the pop up.
The chart provides a breakdown by curriculum (A, S, E, N and D) and pupils as a whole cohort (All).
You can view the pupils who make up each of the percentages:
- This will show pupils ordered a-z by surname
- This will show pupils ordered z-a by surname
- This will show pupils ordered by progress made, increasing
- This will show pupils for an individual percentage
Note: You can view this:
- For a whole academic year, using the icons on the grey bar at the top
- For an individual curriculum, using the icons on the relevant blue bar
Note: The colour coding and wording here is editable on the preferences page, which can be found for admin users on the top tool bar.
Chart 3: This shows the same information as the table, but this time displayed as pie charts.
