Here you can analyse your cohort's achievements in an individual test, comparing your results with the national average. Simply click on the Cohort Analysis page and fill out the following criteria:

1. Select the Year Group your pupils are in.
2. Select the Assessment Year, i.e. the academic year of information you wish to view.
3. Select which Test you wish to analyse.
4. Press GO.

You will then be presented with the following graphs, comparing the total available marks for the test alongside the average for both your cohort and national: 

Below the graphs, you will find the following tables:

The top table will break down the test into sections from a class perspective, with individual pupils in the table underneath.

Key Features

1) Open Filters

You can use these tabs to filter the data tables by any of your various attributes. The mandatory, nationally recognised groups are under the 'Core Filters' tab, and any set up by your school will be under 'School Filters'.

2) Export to Excel

If you wish to analyse this data further, you can click the ‘Export to Excel’ button to generate an Excel file containing this data.

3) Copy Results to Assessments (Full iTRACK Users)

For regular iTRACK users, you can use this button to copy the results into your regular iTRACK data. Select which pupils you'd like to copy (there's a select/deselect button in the grey header) and then when you click the button, you will see the following pop up:

1. First select which Assessment Point you're copying into.
2. For each section of the test (overall/multiplication/division) select whether to include/exclude it in your copy.
3. If you select yes to number 2, select the subject you're copying to.
4. If you select yes to number 2, select the Additional Assessment column you're copying to.
5. Click Save Results and they will be copied over instantly.
