Setting up a child’s curriculum
Setting up which curriculum a child is working on is very important within iASEND. Not only will it ensure that the correct curriculum appears for that child but it is also essential for the Attainment codes and analysis to work. If a child moves from one curriculum to another, then you must move the child using the instructions below, to the correct curriculum.
If a child is working between two curriculums, we advise selecting the curriculum where the child is mostly working.
Step 1: Select ‘Pupil Curriculums’ on the left hand side menu within iASEND.
Step 2: Select the relevant year group and subject. Then press ‘Go’.

Step 3: Next to the child’s name select the relevant curriculum.
If you need to change any of the curriculum, click on the letter under any assessment period and you will get a pop up window with Set Curriculum, select a letter, making sure you click Save and also select the white box to Apply Selected to All Subjects.
Please note: You will need to do this manually for all the children.
