Take a Test - Question Box

To take a Test or Survey within Question Box, go to the login page.

 

User Login (Default)

 https://awl.itrackeducation.com/questionbox/assessment/Login.cfm? 

To log in enter:

  1. User Id - this is unique to each user. To find user IDs go to Active Activities
  2. Test code - this is unique to each Assessment/Survey. To find the test code go to Active Activities.
  3. Press Enter

You will then get the test start page. Check the Assessment/Survey name is correct as well as the user name. Then press Start. 

When taking a test:

  1. Shows the question - the answer may need to be typed, dragged and dropped, clicked or selected from a list depending on the question type
  2. If an audio recording is available for this question it will appear here - click the icon to listen
  3. These arrows can be used to navigate between Items (questions)
  4. This list can be used to navigate between Items (questions)
  5. Shows the Item number (question) you are on out of the total Items (questions)
  6. Shows how long you have been active on the activity
  7. Clicking this allows the user to pause the activity
    • This page will show. When ready to begin again press Resume
  8. Clicking this allows the user to save and exit the activity
  9. Clicking this takes the page full screen
  10. Clicking this takes the user to the Review page
    • This allows the user to see how may Items they have completed and how many are unanswered:
  11. Clicking this takes the user to the Accessibility page
    • This allows the user to change the colour scheme, font size and zoom. Once happy with selections press Ok:
  12.  Clicking this flags the question within the Review page

When the user gets to the last Item (question) the Next button will change to: This will bring up the Review page. When the user is ready they can then finish the activity by clicking the   button.

The below box will appear identifying the number of unattempted questions and confirming the user is ready to submit. Click Yes to continue. 

 

Pupil Select (If Selected)

Users will then select their name from the list and then press Start to begin:
