To analyse individual cohort (year group) data, go to the Cohort Analysis tab on the left, and then select Answer Analysis.
To select the data you wish to view:
- Select the year group of the pupil you want to view the test data for
- Select the activity you wish to analyse (See below)
- Press Go
On the pop up select the relevant activities:

- Open the assessment drop down
- Open the year group drop down
- Select the relevant activity (you can only select one activity, as shown)
This page then shows:
- Lists the students alphabetically by surname
- Shows the number of points a pupil has earned - the total points is shown at the top
- Shows the spread of responses to the question, growing the same response together - as well as the total points (pts) available for the question
- R1 indicates the most popular response - blue indicates the correct answer
- ... indicates a response by only 1 participant - grey indicates an incorrect response
- R2 indicates the second most popular response - grey indicates an incorrect response
- 1pt indicates the participant only achieved 1pt out of the total available
- The letter indicates the question was a multiple choice and in this example the pupil selected the first answer (A) - grey indicates the response was incorrect
Note: the columns can be sorted using the arrows on each heading
Filters:
All of the usual core and school filters are available using the double arrows next to open filters. Select the relevant filter and press go.
