Recent Score by User - Question Box

To analyse individual cohort (year group) data, go to the Cohort Analysis tab on the left, and then select Recent Score by User.

To select the data you wish to view:

  1. Select the year group of the pupil you want to view the test data for
  2. Select the Tag Hierarchy - this will either be surveys or the subject for assessments
  3. Select the activities you wish to analyse (See below)
  4. Press Go

On the pop up select the relevant activities:

    1. Open the assessment drop down
    2. Open the year group drop down
    3. Select the relevant activity (you can only select one activity, as shown)

The page then shows the pupil's most recent attempt at the activity:

  1. This toggle hides/shows Last Score by Activity
  2. This toggle hides/shows Last Score by Tag
  3. This toggle hides/shows Last Score by ItemLast Score by Activity 
  4. Lists the students alphabetically by surname
  5. Shows the activity name 
  6. Shows the date the pupil took the test
  7. Hovering over the green box for a pupil brings up additional analysis of their test sessionLast Score by Tag 
  8. Lists the students alphabetically by surname
  9. Shows the pupils' total score for the activity
  10. Shows the pupils' score for each tag for the acitivity
  11. Hovering over the green box for a pupil brings up additional analysis of their test sessionLast Score by Item
  12. Lists the students alphabetically by surname
  13. Shows the pupils' total score for the activity
  14. This shows the item (question) number from the activity
  15. Hovering over the colour dot will show how long the pupil took on each question

Filters:

All of the usual core and school filters are available using the double arrows next to open filters. Select the relevant filter and press go.
