To analyse individual pupil data, go to the Pupil Analysis tab on the left, and then select Pupil Answers.
To select the data you wish to view:
- Select the year group of the pupil you want to view the test data for
- Click this to select the activities you want to view the test data for (See below)
- Press Go
On the pop up select the relevant activities:
- Open the assessment drop down
- Open the year group drop down
- Select the relevant activities (you can select multiple activities, as shown)
The page then shows:
- Pupils listed alphabetically by surname
- The activity title
- The date the pupil started the activity
- The date the pupil finished the activity
- View results - this allows you to see the specific answers a pupil gave to the activity and the scoring/marking related to it
Correct answers, or elements of answers, will be identified in green
Incorrect answers, or elements of answers, will be identified in green - with the correct answer also showing
- You can use
to raise any queries in relation to questions.
- Grade test allows you to mark questions that aren't auto-marked. NOTE: This will only appear if the activity selected has questions that need marking
- The question asked in the activity
- the pupil's answer
- The total point for the question as well as a box for the grader to record the points they wish to give the pupil for the question
- Option for the grader to record feedback
- Previous and Next gives the grader the option to move between items (questions)
- Save the grading
Filters:
All of the usual core and school filters are available using the double arrows next to open filters. Select the relevant filter and press go.
