Pupil Diagnostics - Question Box

To analyse individual pupil data, go to the Pupil Analysis tab on the left, and then select Pupil Diagnostics.

To select the data you wish to view:

1. Select the year group of the pupil you want to view the test data for
2. Select the pupil 
3. Select the Tag Hierarchy - this will either be surveys or the subject for assessments
4. Select the activities you wish to analyse (See below)
5. Press Go

On the pop up select the relevant activities:

1. 1. Open the assessment drop down
   2. Open the year group drop down
   3. Select the relevant activities (you can select multiple activities, as shown)

The page then shows:

1. This toggle hides/shows Session Summary by Question
2. This toggle hides/shows Session Summary by Tag
3. Shows a summary of the activities selected at the top of the page
   • Hovering over the green bar shows the % of correct answers
4. Shows a summary of the activities based on the tagged areas
   • Clicking the down arrow will expand the analysis showing any sub categories/tags

The information on this page can then be exported to excel or an png image file by selecting the corresponding option.
